DT3001 – DT3501 – DT4001 Disc Till

The DT Disc-Till series has been designed as a very flexible tillage and sowing unit

  • Trailed 3.0m to 4.0m wide high speed discs that are capable of
    • Primary, secondary and tertiary cultivations
    • Pasture seeding when equipped with a seed box and seed spreader plates
    • Full 1-pass cultivation when combined with our deep tillage ripper bar
    • Extra HD seed drill when combined with seed box and seeding tynes (250mm spacing)
  • Trailed design allows both a heavier machine weight for penetration and a longer machine length for trash clearance, while optimising tractor tyre pressures for better ride, traction, tyre life and higher operating and travel speeds.
  • Massive 1140mm gang spacing gives up to a 80% increase over competitor machines in disc to disc clearance (450mm) for exceptional trash capability in wet and very high organic matter conditions.
  • 2 x depth adjustable outer discs combined with 2 x height/width adjustable soil deflector curtains allows for a neat bout match up.
  • Front gang is adjustable laterally to minimise ridging (and to adjust to a HD disc drill)
  • 24 x 600x6mm scalloped discs
  • Very Heavy Duty frame 12-16mm 350 grade plate, 100x100x9mm SHS toolbars, 150x150x9mm cross beams and 250x150x9mm main chassis
  • Tyre packer is suitable to all soil and moisture conditions
  • Unique staggered axle design provides a smoother finish at higher speeds while travelling on only the outer wheel groups to handle cambered roads.
  • Standard rear drawbar for use in tandem with a DOYLE Roller Drill or seed drill.
  • Options
    • Levelling harrow bar between the 2nd gang and tyre packer
    • Rear chain levelling bar
    • 120L, 300L or 800Litre mounted air seeder + spreader plate
    • 120L, 300L or 800Litre mounted air seeder + seed tynes
    • Goose neck drawbar for 1-pass operation behind a DOYLE Delta-Bar ripper
    • In frame Ripper Bar
  • The Disc-Till is a contractor duty machine that is hot dip galvanised, and is designed and made to last in Australia
